Tuna-Noodle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. wide noodles
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 cans drained tuna
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento or 1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package.
    Meanwhile, in a saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, soup and milk. Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in tuna, pimiento and drained noodles.
    Turn mixture into a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
