Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil and vanilla; mix in about 1/4 of dry ingredients.
    Fold in apples, nuts and remainder of dry ingredients, sifted together.
    Bake in greased tube pan lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
