Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
3/4 c. vegetable oil or 3/4 c. applesauce
1 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced sweetened strawberries, thawed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan. Combine cake mix and all ingredients in large bowl and beat well. Pour into pan.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until tester shows it's done.
Cool for 10 minutes and turn out of pan.
Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and enough hot water to pour.
Pour over cake while cake is hot.
