6 Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
3 c. white sugar
1 c. melted Crisco
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix
cereal,
flour, soda and salt.
Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Beat
well,
then
add
buttermilk.
Mix
dry
and\twet ingredients together.
Bake in greased muffin tins at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Keep
rest of batter in refrigerator as long as 6 weeks. Use as needed.
