Miniature Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 cupcake liners
    24 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (20 to 21 oz.) can Wilderness peach, blueberry or cherry pie filling
    1/2 c. sliced nuts (optional)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Line cupcake pans with liners.
    Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
    In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.
    Fill the liners 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
    Top each with spoonful of filling and 1 teaspoon nuts.
    Chill.
