Jumbo Shrimp In Spicy Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    red pepper flakes to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    In a frying
    pan,
    saute
    the shrimp in olive oil for 1 minute,
    sprinkle
    with
    jalapeno
    and red pepper flakes.
    Add lemon juice
    and
    wine
    to\tpan
    and cook shrimp, covered over medium heat
    for
    3
    more
    minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Remove shrimp
    to a serving bowl.
    Strain the sauce and reduce it over
    high\theat
    to make 1/2 cup.\tPour sauce over shrimp. May be served hot or cold.
    Makes 6 servings.
