Luau Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 3/4 c. (8 oz.) cubed American cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli or chopped spinach
Preparation
    Squeeze moisture from vegetable. Combine all ingredients except vegetable. Beat until smooth. Fold in chopped vegetable. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
