Mamaw'S Raw Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 green peppers
    8 carrots
    2 medium cabbages
    8 red peppers
    12 large onions
Preparation
    Chop all together.
    Add 1/2 cup salt to vegetable mixture. Let stand 2 hours.
    Drain off juice.
    Mix 6 cups of sugar and 1 teaspoon celery seed.
    Mix all; put in jars unsealed.
