1 Dish Bistro Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton recipe secrets herb with garlic soup mix
    2 c. frozen vegetables
    1 c. water
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, blend soup mix with water.
    Boil and continue boiling, stirring for 1 minute until thickened.
    Add chicken.
    Cut into strips and add partially thawed and drained vegetables (ex. broccoli, cauliflower and carrots).
    Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Serve over hot rice.
