Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, poached and cut up
1 (8 oz.) can sliced drained water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1 lb. sliced sauteed mushrooms
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. dry cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Spread chicken on bottom of dish.
Mix celery, soup, water chestnuts, mushrooms and mayonnaise together.
Pour over chicken.
Mix stuffing with melted butter. Spread over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
