Beef Quiche - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. onion, diced
salt
pepper
Preparation

Brown the meat; drain and set aside.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
Stir in the meat, grated cheeses, onion, salt and pepper.
Turn into the pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
