Fresh Apple Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced to equal 4 c.
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice or milk
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Peel and slice apples thinly into a 9-inch (2-inch deep) pie pan (or glass layer cake pan).
Mix sugar (1/2 cup) and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Add orange juice (or milk), egg, water and melted butter (or margarine).
Mix until smooth with wooden spoon.
Pour over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
