Dolly'S Hot Seafood Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 to 5 drops Tabasco
    2 (7 oz.) cans white tuna
    2 c. real mayonnaise
    2 c. half and half
    2 c. soft bread crumbs, packed
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 c. extra sharp Cheddar, grated
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Saute onions and celery with Tabasco until soft.
    Drain tuna and shred.
    Mix in mayonnaise, bread crumbs, half and half, 1 cup cheese, pepper and almonds.
    Stir in onions and celery mixture, spoon into 3 to 4-quart casserole and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with crackers.
