Easy No-Cook Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese until soft and smooth.
Slowly blend in sugar; add melted chocolate and other ingredients.
Press into well-buttered shallow pan; refrigerate until firm.
For softer fudge, blend in 1 teaspoon milk.
