Macaroni Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked macaroni
    1 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated Velveeta
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add flour.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
    Do not brown.
    Stir in milk, salt and pepper.
    Cook until smooth and thickened.
    Combine drained macaroni with white sauce.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Place under broiler for a few minutes if a browner crust is desired.
    Serves 8.
