Sour Cream Pecan Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    confectioners sugar
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; fold in vanilla and sour cream and mix gently.
    Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Spoon half the pecan mixture into a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
    Cover with half the batter.
    Spoon on remaining pecan mixture and cover with batter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Do not overbake.
    Set aside for 10 minutes.
    Run sharp knife around edge.
    Invert onto plate.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool.
    Yield:
    12 to 15 servings.
