Hot Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large green peppers
12 hot peppers
3 large onions
mushrooms
1/2 c. oil
2 small cans tomato paste
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 large can tomato juice
3 lb. sausage
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Cut vegetables in 1/2-inch pieces.
Place in large skillet and saute.
Brown sausage.
Put vegetables and sausage in casserole. Add juice, paste, garlic, salt, sugar, oregano and allspice.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
