Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cut up frying chicken*
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper (white or freshly ground black)
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    *Individual pieces (i.e. breasts, thighs) may be used.
