Mom'S Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
    1 jar salsa (any kind)
Preparation
    Peel avocados and break into chunks; do not smash.
    Add sour cream, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
    Mix well, but don't smash the avocados.
    Strain a jar of salsa to remove liquid.
    Add strained salsa to avocados and mix.
    Serve with warm corn tortillas or tortilla chips.
