Paradise Cove Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    graham cracker crumb pie crust
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk until creamy.
    Add lemon juice and blend into mixture.
    Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate at least an hour.
    Serve.
