3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, water and sugar in a 2-quart microwavable bowl; cook, uncovered, 8 minutes.
Add pudding mix.
Cook 1 minute.
Serve warm.
