Classic Jalapeno Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese, not grated
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) can artichoke hearts, not marinated
    3 or 4 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    In food processor, mince artichoke hearts, also jalapeno peppers.
    Combine all ingredients in ovenproof bowl; mix, then smooth top of mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, until edges are brown at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with blue corn chips.
