Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix together sugar and flour.
Add egg yolk, then gradually add milk and stir.
Add lemon flavoring and coconut.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Stir slowly while cooking.
Pour in baked pie crust and add meringue.
Sprinkle with coconut and brown in oven.
