Chicken Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large boiling chicken
24 oz. bag spaghetti or noodles
1/2 lb. margarine
2/3 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 jar Old English cheese spread (Kraft)
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
pepper (optional)
Preparation

Boil chicken and take off bones.
Cook noodles in chicken broth. Add some water, if necessary.
Leave broth on noodles.
Do not drain.
Cream the margarine and flour.
Add milk and cheese (melt cheese in milk). Pour sauce over cut up chicken, noodles, onion and pepper.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until bubbles in middle.
Will serve 20 people.
