Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 c. diced onion
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 large can tomato puree
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. red wine
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and celery in olive oil until browned. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook slowly over low heat for 1 hour or until liquid is reduced by half.
