Easy Filled Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. very warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. jam or preserves, pie filling or mincemeat
    confectioners sugar glaze
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in Bisquick, egg and the tablespoon of sugar.
    Mix well.
    Turn dough onto surface, dusted with extra Bisquick and knead gently 20 times. Place in center of greased 15 1/2 x 12-inch baking sheet.
    Roll out to 14 x 9-inch rectangle.
