Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk or half and half
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can creamed corn
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    pimentos to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch pan in a 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done.
