Best Ever Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. polyunsaturated oil
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
In 2-quart saucepan, saute onion in oil over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
Keeps up to 2 months in refrigerator.
Yields 2 1/4 cups.
