Grandma Lil'S Pineapple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, well drained
    1 large container Cool Whip
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cook cake according to directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cool. Mix next 3 ingredients together.
    After cake is cool, spread pineapple over the cake, then spread the cheese/pudding mixture evenly over the pineapple.
    Spread Cool Whip over next and scatter chopped nuts over all.
