Corncake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together into bowl.
    Mix together eggs, milk and oil.
    Add, all at once, to dry ingredients and stir just to moisten.
    Turn into greased 8-inch cake pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Or, cook in glass pan in microwave on 50% power for 3 minutes; turn for last 3 minutes (6 minutes total).
