Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 to 8 oz.) boxes broccoli
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    butter
    1 can French fried onions
    1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1/8 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
    Cook soup and milk on medium heat until smooth. Drain broccoli after cooking and put into 1-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Pour soup mixture on top. Crumble 1/2 package Ritz crackers and put on top of soup. Dot crackers with 1/8 stick margarine. Bake until golden at 375\u00b0, about 45 minutes.
    Put 1 can French fried onions on top about 5 minutes before taking out of oven.
