Chicken Soup With Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. diced carrots
    1/3 c. diced onion
    garlic salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts until tender; shred. Put shredded chicken in pot with chicken broth and water; add celery, carrots and onion. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil. Make noodles by adding egg, oil, milk, salt and pepper to flour. Mix until not sticky. Roll dough on floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into strips. Add to chicken broth. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
