Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 cups chopped tomatoes peeled
    2 1/2 cups chopped onions
    3 1/2-4 diced green bell peppers
    4 jalepeno peppers diced
    1-2 long yellow peppers diced (optional)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 cup vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    In large saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add 6 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed in water.
    Continue cooking until desired thickness.
    Will thicken more after cooled. (Can in hot water bath for 20 minutes).
