Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Arrange a layer of potatoes, layer of onion and another layer of potatoes in casserole.
    Mix water and cream of mushroom soup; pour over layers of onion and potatoes.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
