Banan-Za Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. bran
Preparation
    Warm honey and oil in a saucepan until easily blended. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk and add to the honey and oil mixture.
    Beat eggs and add, in order, the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool completely before slicing.
