Yummy Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Gradually add vanilla and brown sugar.
Fold in pecans by hand and coat well.
Place on cookie sheet with pecan bottoms flat side down.
Bake at 225\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
