Sour Milk Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour milk (do not use buttermilk). Let milk set out until it clabbers.
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1 pkg. dry yeast (softened in 1/3 cup warm water)
    3-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix sour milk with soda.
    Add sugar, salt and the softened yeast.
    Add well beaten egg and margarine.
    Add enough flour to make a firm dough.
    Knead until smooth.
    Let rise in warm place until double.
    Punch dough down and shape into small balls.
    Place in greased baking pan 1 inch apart.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 20-25 minutes.
    Makes 24 rolls.
