Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    lemon rind
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put milk, rice, sugar, lemon rind and salt in pot and simmer approximately 1 hour.
    When rice is cooked, remove from stove and add the eggs, sugar and vanilla which have been mixed together. Stir constantly for 2 minutes.
    Pour into serving dish and cool. When cool, refrigerate.
