Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening (I use oleo)
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda in flour
    1/4 tsp. salt in flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
    1 c. cold coffee
    2 c. diced, peeled apples
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Make sure 1 hour.
