Peas Or Beans In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peas or beans, frozen or fresh (beans cut into 1-inch length)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 grated carrot
    red pepper powder
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/4 cup of oil.
    Add carrot and simmer until the oil becomes nice and orange.
    Add red pepper powder and sour cream.
    Add salt to your liking.
