Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans hominy, drained
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    6 large chilies, diced or 1 large can
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
