Spanish Amanda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 can whole tomatoes
    6 Tbsp. regular rice
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    seasonings of one's choosing
Preparation
    Fry or bake pork chops, then spread them in a long casserole dish.
    Put 1 slice of onion on each chop, then 1 whole tomato and a slice of bell pepper.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon of rice on each chop. Pour juice from can of tomatoes over each chop.
    Season to taste. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes a complete meal!!
