Microwave Hearty Beef 'N Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen hash browns
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    1 medium tomato, chopped (optional)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile, crumble beef in large bowl.
    Cook on High 4 to 5 minutes; stir halfway through cooking time.
    Drain well.
    Stir in broccoli, 1/2 can Durkee onions, soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and spices.
    Cook, uncovered, on High 6 minutes; stir halfway through.
    Add tomatoes; spoon into potato lined casserole.
    Cook, uncovered, on High 8 minutes; top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Cook on High 1 minute.
