Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    3 bananas, sliced
    3 apples (unpeeled), chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1/2 lb. red grapes, halved
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; place juice in a small saucepan. Add to the juice the sugar, flour and egg. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Let cool.
