Shrimp Sauté - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. mace
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Toasted French bread
Preparation

Melt butter in large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add all ingredients except parsley and French bread. Cook about 10 minutes; add parsley. Serve with toasted French bread. Yield: 4 servings.
