Bonnie'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1 carrot
Preparation
    Peel and slice vegetables.
    Place in a 2-quart saucepan. cover with water and cook until very tender.
    Pour in blender (water too); add salt, pepper, milk and butter to taste, leaving a few vegetables out to add at the last for some body.
    Blend until smooth.
    Reheat in saucepan.
    (You may add Polish sausage to this to make it a heartier soup.)
