Church Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef stew meat
    3 potatoes, diced
    4 to 5 carrots, sliced
    1 c. celery, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (concentrated)
    1 can cream of celery soup (concentrated)
    1 c. ginger ale
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease casserole dish and layer meat, potatoes, carrots, celery and onions.
    Sprinkle with salt. Combine soups.
    Spoon on top of casserole.
    Top with ginger ale. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
