Captain'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 c. water *
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
    2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans tuna
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced, stuffed olives
    2 lb. beef
    2 large onions
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. fresh ginger
    2 tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 cinnamon stick
    cayenne pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef into cubes and set aside.
    Chop one onion.
    Saute chopped onion and garlic in oil.
    When golden, add beef and season with spices.
    Add chopped tomatoes.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes. Quarter second onion.
    Add to meat and add water.
    Cover and cook until meat is tender.
    Serve over white rice.
