Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can wax green beans
1 can red beans
1/4 c. pimento
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. onions
1/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
Drain beans.
Cut onions, peppers and pimentos into thin strips.
Mix together.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over beans and leave overnight.
Stir and serve.
