Biscuits And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or 1 lb. sausage (Jimmy Dean hot sausage is great)
    flour/milk
    chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
    crushed red chili (optional)
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook hamburger
    or
    sausage until done; save 1/3 to 1/2 of the grease.
    The
    grease is the secret to good gravy sauce. Mix flour and
    milk
    mixture and make a roux.
    Add to meat and grease.
    Cook until
    the
    thickness
    is what you want and has turned lightly brown.
    Season
    to
    taste.
    You can add to the flavor with chicken bouillon cubes.
    Serve over biscuits.
